COLOR THERAPY-LEARN THE HEALING POWERS OF YOUR FAVORITE COLOR
As I love to teach about Energy Healing, one of the most commonly used methods of energy healing is COLOR THERAPY. It is used by both conventional medical practioners, as well as holistic practitioners, and can easily be used by anyone, without any medical training, and just some basic knowledge of how color therapy works.
In conventional medicine, and mainstream use, color has always been integral. Building and fashion designers wouldn't be the success they are without the proper use of color schemes. Color schemes evoke moods and emotions, which is why color choice is so very important in hospitals, office buildings, restaurants, prisons, spas, and schools. It is why we are drawn to certain colors at the hardware store, depending on the room we are looking to paint, and the mood and atmosphere we are wishing to create.
Color therapy is also used for the treatment of jaundice, SAD (seasonal affective disorder or "winter blues"), pain relief (with infrared), detox and weight loss (infrared sauna), anti-wrinkle and anti-aging (infrared devices), and much more.
Each color carries it's own unique vibrational frequency. Natural sunlight has all these frequencies, and that is why it is important to our health to get at least 10 minutes of natural sunlight outside every single day. The healing frequencies of natural sunlight, is absorbed through our eyes, skin and bone. People who lack outdoor exposure, are deficient in Vitamin-D. The healing powers of light frequencies, effects our body, mind and spirit. If you know somebody who is sick, in the hospital, bedridden, etc, do what you can to expose them to some natural sunlight daily. If they can not be brought outdoors, then open a window, or try a light therapy box.

Color Therapy is so easy to incorporate into your lifestyle. Begin to consciously choose colors to inspire or bring on the healing emotion that you are in need of each day. Let your intuition "tell" you which color to wear. Bring home flowers of certain colors. Colored therapy glasses are very cheap to purchase, and even colored therapy lighting choices are very affordable. The choices are endless, and you can be as creative as you want. Ladies, wear certain color nail polishes, hair clips, jewelry, etc, to match or boost your emotions. Yes, pink really is the color of romance and love, and yes, red really is the color of the "power tie".
I also encourage you to pick up a book or two, which details color therapies, and all the many ways to incorporate them in your life. It's easy, it's fun, and it's EFFECTIVE.
